Meet Fiona
Growing up on the West Coast of Scotland, I enjoyed being outdoors amongst nature and had a lot of freedom and independence, which fueled my imagination and creativity.
I have experienced significant challenges, including divorce, loss, health issues, workplace obstacles, and relocating to a new country. Despite feeling defeated at times, my resilience kept me going. I feel a sense of accomplishment and success ready for what is to come.
Being a sensitive person and an introvert, it hasn’t always been easy to push forward in my corporate career. I had to adapt to survive and lost some of myself along the way. Recovering from a period of ill health I was forced to slow down and reflect. I re-evaluated what was important and made changes to my life and work to give me a better balance.
With over 35 years of professional experience, my career has been a journey of learning lessons, problem-solving and creative exploration. The role of manager ignited my passion for mentoring and coaching in supporting and developing my team. Challenges from individuals taught me invaluable lessons and helped me to grow.
I’ve always been fascinated with what makes us tick. My nature is to be of service to others to the best of my ability. Combined, this ultimately led me into coaching.
I pursued coaching studies to enhance my abilities as a manager and a leader. Coaching’s profound impact captivated me, it has the power to unlock the potential in someone and transform their thinking and their life. The benefits of coaching are boundless, positively influencing any area we choose to focus on. Coaching is beyond a decision I made for myself, it is my calling, my passion and purpose.
I am committed to guiding you through your transformative journey. Together, we can navigate challenges, unlock your full potential, to achieve the success and fulfilment you deserve.
